HISTORY OF QUALITY, GREAT-TASTING CAKES AND PASTRIES

In 1979, what started out as a hobby-induced business in Timog, Quezon City, expanded into a proudly filipino-owned and professionally run business. Red Ribbon has grown to over 270 outlets all over the Philippines and over 30 stores in US with locations in California, Nevada, Washington, Hawaii, New York, New Jersey and Virginia. With its acquisition in October 2005 by Jollibee Foods Corporation, Red Ribbon entered a new phase in its company history. The company soon became one of the biggest and fastest growing bakeshops in the Philippines and has taken part in every Filipino’s special moments.

Career Opportunities

Restaurant Manager

This position is responsible for managing and controlling the bakeshop, its people and resources. He is also responsible in creating an attractive and friendly environment that makes customers feel delighted at every encounter, and at the same time achieving planned sales, profit and FSC targets for the Company.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

The position is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager on proper execution of sales building, management of store’s profitability and FSC. He is accountable in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely feedback management of the crew management team. He is in charge of shift management activities relevant to his KRA, fundamental to achieving store operations shift sales and profit targets.

 
 

FRANCHISING

On March 2014, Red Ribbon Bakeshop celebrated its 35th year here in the Philippines. This milestone marks three decades of bringing joy to family and friends and making each occasion really special through its delicious, beautiful cakes. From its 1st store in Timog Avenue in Quezon City in 1979, Red Ribbon has grown to over 200 stores all over the country and 32 stores in the US. With its acquisition in October 2005 by Jollibee Foods Corporation, Red Ribbon entered a new phase in its company history and became extremely optimistic of its growth over the next years.
